AEROBICS BENEFITS, ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN


Improving aerobic fitness training seems most effective in women's heart. Aerobic or cardiovascular fitness photos pumped by the heart and muscles, as well as the amount of oxygen carried by the muscle's ability to use oxygen.
The study of both sexes represent laboratory mice were treated with heart strengthening exercise for five weeks. A work of female mice with heart grew and was strengthened more than the males.
The researchers believe that the results can be applied directly to the people. Thus, women are more likely to have interest in cardiorespiratory fitness improvement of their training. Further studies will show whether the scientists are right. The hope is to develop heart patients customized training programs to achieve the best performance, regardless of gender.
